Empty Beach Chair
The beach chair is blue, a dark masculine blue, 
with alternating white horizontal stripes. 

It grieves in the sand, slouching, irritated and reckless 
from the offshore breeze, annoyed by cacophony of seagulls
and pouting for his lover splashing in the ocean.
