Thank god, my
m-other & f-ather
hadn't discovered 
that paddle
with all
the attached pins
& needles & instead
used a leather belt.

That belt hurt my pride, my ass and destroyed
any trust I had with my childhood caregivers.
Without trust is no relationship.
How did your childhood punishment effect you long terms
